The University of Pennsylvania Law Review is published seven times per year (in December, January, February, March, April, May, and June). One month's notice is necessary to make any changes in your address, your quantity ordered, or to cancel your subscription. Send all changes to the attention of the office manager.
Claims for issues not received will be honored only if requested within six months of the actual mailing of the issue. Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders. If you wish to discontinue your subscription you must do so at the expiration of the current volume. Notice to that effect should be sent to the office manager, otherwise, your subscription will be automatically renewed yearly.
Orders for the current volume (Volume 159, 2010-2011) may be placed through the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. The domestic subscription rate for the current volume is $47. The foreign rate is $57 yearly. Current reprints are priced at $8 each and current issues are priced at $10. Back issues of the previous volume are priced at $12 and may be ordered through the Law Review office as well. If you wish to place an order, you must include a check or money order with your order. Under no circumstances will cash be accepted, nor will the University of Pennsylvania Law Review bear responsibility for cash mailed and not received. Checks must be made payable to the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
